Health Program

Individuals must provide proof of Native American Enrollment or Descent to qualify for assistance. The Health program provides availability and accessibility for health care. Services include:

  • Clinic Monday – Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm
  • Limited Labs
  • Limited Prescriptions
  • Limited Optical Services
  • Limited Dental Services
  • Women’s Wellness
  • Immunizations
  • Health Screening, evaluation, and education
  • Referral for AIDS testing, counseling and education
  • Transportation to meet medical needs
  • Referral and Transportation to Heart Butte Clinic on the first Tuesday of each month. Medication pick up to Heart Butte Clinic on the third Tuesday of each month.

Diabetes Program

Provide services to Native American diabetics which may include:

  • Diabetic Clinic Wednesday 1 pm to 4pm
  • Provider visits
  • Diabetic Labs on Mondays
  • Limited Prescriptions
  • Podiatry (foot) care
  • Diabetic Dental Services
  • Diabetic Optical Services
  • Case Management
  • Dietitian Visits
  • Blood Pressure and Glucose Checks
  • Transportation to medical appointments
  • Supportive Services
  • YMCA memberships

 

Mental Health

Our Mental Health program offers group, individual, couples, and family therapy for all ages. Services are provided by Life Manage-ment Associates, LLC, our contract provider, which is a private practice group of licensed professionals that provides multidisciplinary, professional mental health and chemical dependency services.

A Licensed Addiction Counselor provides:

  • Screenings
  • Assessments
  • Referrals
  • Individual Therapy
  • Group Therapy
  • Aftercare
  • Medicine Wheel Group
  • Adolescent & Adult Level 1 Outpatient Services
  • DUI Services (ACT/Prime for Life)
  • Minor In Possession (MIP)

Transportation

Must call 24 hours in advance. Available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until Noon or by appointment.

WIOA Program

Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act provides assistance to Native Americans seeking employment, education (GED), training and support services to succeed in the labor market. Individuals must be low income Native Americans to qualify. Call (406) 723-4361 for more information.
